“After the first wash (with a sulfate free shampoo) the curl was gone... I took a picture and sent it to the text line and the response I got was - you used the wrong shampoo. It has to be sulfate free and some shampoo say they are but really are not.

First wash and no curl These are defective. Donna Bella sent me two new packages and a mask for my hair but this is rubbish. Why would I pay to have current extensions taken out and more put in? They can have their faulty product. I want a refund.”
