I have purchased your product for the last year and have bought them 3 different times. I love the product and would like to keep using it, but the last 2 times I have not received all my strands. The last time I was short 2 and this time I was short 3. I did not worry about the first time, however I would like for someone to contact me to make this right since it has happened twice now.”
“I ordered several packs of extensions months ago, of the 9 I ordered I had only received two. The two I received were nice but I had an awful customer service experience and then was out an awful lot of money for my unfortunate situation to never be resolved. After insuring my package through route, going back and forth through email for a month, filing a police report as i was instructed to do, just to be out $600 is insane to me. Wish i could leave good review but this is the worst experience i have ever had with an extension company and they made no effort what so effort to reimburse me in any aspect. Very disappointing.”
“The pack of hair I received came with 13 strips of hair and is very tin. It did nothing for my extensions I was hoping for a more full hand full of hair but no it was barley anything.”
