“I recently purchased 5 packs of (1001) in I Link extensions. I had 13 that barely fit in the bead without any of my clients natural hair pulled through. And other strands that I struggled with. I had also purchased another color that I didn't have any issues with. Obviously the strands are NOT consistent in diameter. I emailed Donna Bella to inform them of this situation. I did NOT get any response. I also had this same problem with another blonde color in I link on another client.”
