I’ve tried contacting them several times about exchanging and just questions in general and never got any responses. I also went to check out my last order and I had 60 points saved which was $60 off.. the promo code wasn’t working and all my points suddenly disappeared. It was so frustrating because I needed them asap and had to order anyway with out the discount. The itips were a lot thinner than the tape ins, but they are still definitely one of the best quality hair extensions. I hope they are able to improve response time in the future”

“Very disappointed. The ends were much more thinner than they used to be and don’t seem as full as they once were. Definitely have to order additional packs for clients that have always worn the same amount but now is not enough. Also, the tips seem much longer than before .”
