“It’s great quality hair but that doesn’t do me any good when 2-4 are falling out every day! I take good care of my hair and I try to always be gentle with it. But every other day I’m going back to my stylist to fix 6-10 of them that fell out. I love having long full hair but the trouble it’s putting me through is not worth it. I’m honestly soo disappointed because I was very excited to do this for the first time but now I’ve just wasted hundreds of dollars...”

“I was excited about my first time purchase. I heard so much about Donnabella. The staff and customer service were great. They were responsive, sent and exchanged products in a timely manner. However, the product itself was a big disappointment. The bundles were very paper thin and were priced by the “packets” vs the entire bundle as a whole. I ordered the #2 darkest brown. My stylist tried to color it blonde and it didn’t lift. It was a very ashy or brownish blonde color, dull and dry. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the insurance and was unable to receive a refund or exchange.”
