“I must say I do love the extensions and have been using this company for years but lately customer service seems to have gone down the drain. When I ask for a supervisor because there are too many mistakes being made and she has an attitude then it makes me want to find another company. Very sad....”
“This is solely based on customer service. I had something I did not order put on my order and I emailed Donna Bella about it saying that I did not want it and didn’t click on it to buy it and they still made me pay for it even though I emailed them ten minutes after I received my confirmation email to inform them that I did not want them and all they said is they can’t refund me and when I tried to further explain that I never clicked on them to buy them, they just ignored me. Very poor service”
