“First time trying Donna Bella. Unfortunately the experience has been less than ideal. I purchased 5 packs of 18/16 inch extensions and had my stylist install. Within 2 washes they were dry, frizzy and they tangle almost immediately after brushing. I’m a long time extension wearer (babe and others) and have never had this experience. When I emailed them I was accused of dying the extensions because apparently the lighting in the photo i had sent them varied from the color swatch. I assured them that they were not dyed ever and I only used salon grade products to care for them (Redken, Biolage, etc) they informed me they’d never heard of these products and still questioned my integrity. Insulting to say the least! And though I didn’t color them their argument is totally contrary to what they guarantee when buying, that the product is ok to be colored. They Begrudgingly offered me 3 packs and when I said that was unacceptable , they offered 5 new packs, all of which have been installed by my stylist and are the same horrible quality. They told me I would not be refunded. So essentially I’ve just wasted $400plus with them, plus the cost to have them installed TWICE and now I have to buy new extensions from another brand because these are a hot mess! At least 1500 down the drain in total. Never, ever again! Buyer beware.”
