“I bought this color for a client and after one wash using professional products it drastically changed! Lightened by almost 3 shades by 3rd wash. Not sure if it was just a bad batch of hair but I probably won’t be using this color specifically again.”
“Purchased these since I used them one before (about 15 yrs ago) and loved them. If you plan on bleaching these for an ombré look, don’t. They were very difficult to lift the color out mid length to end. After two rounds of bleach they are still very brassy and not where I’d like them to be. My hairdresser worked around the color mishap and they will do for now until I can go back for her to try to work some manic on them. For the amount of money I spent on them I would expect to not have these issues.”
