“Thoroughly disappointed in this color. It looks nothing like the picture above which makes you think the hair is highlighted and it’s not. I bought three packages of this color in I-link. The color I received was an orangey brown and nothing like my tape in color. I also feel that this company could care less about customer service once they receive your money. As my order was supposed to be overnighted and it took two business days to receive my product. Costing me $40 in shipping and forcing me to reschedule my hair appointment. At least the quality of the hair is good and my hairdresser can work to fix the color that she should t have to”
