“I’ve been using Donna Bella since 2018.I loved its quality and always advocate for the brand. A lot of my friends started using DB after me suggesting to try it. Unfortunately the quality of my recent purchases got poorer and poorer. Last year I’ve purchased 2 full sets in 16 and 22 length and noticed, that each link is not carrying the thickness from the tip to the end, which it is used to do. Most of the hair in the 22 length were no longer than 16, which was disappointing but workable around.
This year the major disappointment coming: tips are not holding together- they are not glued properly! (Photo of the broken itip and hair from the brush after 1st brushing after install). I’ve installed brand new set 2 weeks ago and ive never seen before so much hair on my hairbrush. I now how to care for extensions: my artist tells me that I’m one of the greatest to dealt with: never tangled, never ruined. Now I have literally pieces of the extensions on my brush with I tip glue leftovers. My artist also had to revalue several tips herself, case literally hairs were falling apart from itip! The worst ever sets I’ve bought. I’m frustrated to spend almost 15 hundreds for my extensions with such awful quality. Especially after the 25% price hike somewhere in October/November 2022. I don’t think I will be even able to reuse them for 2 application, cause itip is ruined from the package. I wish I could exchange the hair. Case I have the feeling after 7 weeks of my regular wear it will be half left. They are shedding- never had the issue before! Always had a clean brush while wearing extensions!”

“I have worn extensions for many years and this hair is BY FAR the best! The color matches have always been perfect. And more important, the color doesn’t fade, it doesn’t get frizzy and I wash dry and flat iron daily.. no damage to my natural hair at all. Easy to install and the last 6 packs I bought lasted me 9 months before I re ordered. There’s no shedding with these either. I will certainly not buy another brand!”
