“I spent almost $400 on 7 packs of wavy blonde hair. Obviously wasn’t gonna pay extra for any special shipping. It took over 10 business days to get here and then finally it came and was texture straight. I emailed prior to inquire where it was and the girl simply said call your mail carrier. Then when I emailed again Bc I received the wrong texture she only sent me one pack out of the six packs of wavy I was meant to receive which also took 3-4 days for one pack. Finally I called in and was sent the rest of the wavy hair I was meant to get in the first place. Now I have to send the straight back. It was all such a hassle and their people were not all polite.”
