“Ordered my package March 20 to have it overnight . Ok fast forward two days later package is still in Memphis Tennessee. March 24 still no package still no movement from fedex .. fast forward to April 2.. still nothing spoke with Donna bella about 7 times as to seeing my hair appointment came and went with no hair so I just wanted my money back at this point because so annoyed. Donna bella has the nerve to tell me my refund is $486 when I paid
