“One of the worst experiences of my adult shopping life. The route tracking app showed my delivery was miles away from the shipping address. Had to go in and out of stores/buildings around where it showed it was delivered to, because it wasn’t in my mail box or delivered to my house. Knocked on many neighbors doors until I finally found the house (mailbox) it was delivered to.. bc I didn’t pay extra for route insurance if I couldn’t find the extensions I would have had to file a police report they said and who knows how long that process would have taken.. And after all of that it was the wrong type of extensions..
It’s been 10 days and still nothing refunded to my account either..”
