“The hair was way more curly than the blonde I received and when I put them in it looked horriable.. I then called and was pretty much told sorry nothing we can do the hair will relax eventually so needless to say I had to refund the clients money and remove them and use a different brand because for the first time in over 15 years that I have been with this company I was not taken care Of! I would never expect my client to walk around with half poodle curl and half decent curl it was not cute”
