“Wish i would have gotten the womans name on the phone who helped me. I ordered the extensions in curly, when i meant to buy straight. Tried to buy it in 22 inch straight online but it’s sold out. So I call up the customer service number, and said I’ll settle for the wavy. She said let me go check the factory and see what we have. Came back, told me she found the original one i wanted, the straight 22 inch in color 60 , and even gave me an overnight ship. Wonderful experience and saved my salon visit ! I tell every stylist that Donna Bella hair extensions are the only ones i use, they last the longest and are so soft even months later. The last ones i had in lasted 6 months. Thank you again to the woman I spoke to on the phone, very helpful and much appreciated!!!”
