“I have ordered about 6 times from Bella Donna and never had an issue, unfortunately this last order Bella Donna has mistakenly put my address as incorrect by one digit, I am from overseas so I called Bella Donna and they just said there is nothing they can do, I emailed them my order with correct address and then the address that they had mistakenly entered, and said they can’t do anything not will they replace, my order was USD400.
I would have accepted this if it was my error however it was their error.
This is just really bad customer service.
No one to date has followed up with me.”
Hi Kimberly, I know we have already spoken in regards to changing the shipping address. By the time we had connected the order was out for delivery. We did do some research and the address you had it shipped too was to a locker box shipping company. Maybe they would be able to assist you in getting touch with the person with the box next to yours or possibly they would be able to open it for you. I apologize we were not able to change the shipping with USPS by the time your order was delivered. Please let us know if you were not able to recover your package.
“I love the hair the color and length were great ,but I bought the wrong ones .i wanted tape in and I purchased the kera link.but I will be sending them back after talking to someone and getting the right ones then I will let you know how the new ones are.”
“I purchased 6 packs of Donna Bella curly extensions to use on my client. I was sadly disappointed in the quality and look of the hair overall. The extensions were not very full and had more of a scrunched appearance than a true curl. I tried fluffing and teasing them and nothing helped.
I don’t believe I will purchase again.”
