“I usually don’t write these, but I am disappointed. I’ve placed orders with Donna Bella for about 2 years now and have had nothing short of great experiences!! About 2 weeks ago I had placed the same order that I usually do. I still haven’t received it. Now I know what you’re thinking.... maybe there’s a delay because they’re being shipped to Canada. I can tell you that every other order has come within 3-5 days of being placed whether I choose the express shipping option or not. I called customer service to see if they could help me track my order thinking maybe there was a delay with what the website had displayed. It has shown that my package has been sitting in the pick up facility for a week now. I just wanted to see if they could help me track them down....maybe they were closer than I thought! They weren’t. They lady that I spoke with said that they were absolutely sitting in the facility that showed on the tracker. Where I get a little disappointed is here... I asked why they still haven’t moved? She asked me if I chose the express shipping option and I answered no. I explained that they are always delivered within 3-5 days no matter what shipping option I’ve chosen. She said that I’d have to wait at least another week before I see them... maybe more. Just be a I chose a cheaper shipping method shouldn’t mean that I have to wait until they think it’s time to send it. They have been sitting there for a week. The tracker shows it and the customer service rep confirmed it. I’m just extremely disappointed with the whole situation and for that, I think will be my last order with this company.”
