Wish we could have heard about it in Customer Service! We've refunded your payment method for the overnight shipping that didn't happen (I hope you understand that we have no control over weather and mechanical delays through the carrier, and the delays were not on our end). As you had indicated a "product review" here, and it sounds like you did enjoy the product, would you be willing to make an adjustment on the review with these notes in mind? Thank you!
