“My natural hair is some what fine and straight , the hair I order is straight 22” Fusions . After 2 maybe 3 washes the extensions started to go wavy and then Of course since my natural hair is straight they started matting horribly !!the first red flag to me should have been straight out of the package the ends were like straw . I’ve been getting the same color number and style and length of hair from Donna Bella for just over 3 years now. Granted this is really the first time this has happened but it’s an expressive issue to have super annoying cause now I have to straighten my hair every time I wash and a little every morning and it still starts to bind up. I’ve had straight hair all my life and not used to having to do this. I’m worried that the new batch of hair will do the same thing.”
“I’ve ordered with Donna Bella for many years & im pretty sure they switched vendors. I noticed how thick the strands were from my daughters last order. I ordered Black Friday & received the same thick shiny strands. Not sure what you’ve done different but keep it up!!”
