“I’ve been purchasing extensions from Donna Bella for several years. I was excited to try this new shade, expecting it to be lighter than the usual blond I get based on the photos and description. This is in NO WAY a white ash. I almost feel like they had to be mislabeled due to their yellow color. The extensions are good quality and this is my first ever problem with the hair. Now I’ll have to pay to have them lightened which I wasn’t expecting to have to do”
“Actually I get hair from Donna Bella often, and the weight of the hair is significant under showed them there own website should be at 22 grams then Donna Bella replied o should be 14 gram still the weight was 12.52 grams!! This weight problem has been happening in the last 2 years, fix your problems!!”
