“Usually I love Donna Bella. I typically order #1 for myself, but have also used most of the blonde shades on clients. I have always been happy. I had the #1B/60 ombré installed about two weeks ago. TERRIBLE. They have been shedding excessively, tangley, and feel like straw. I’ve already had to have at least 3 inches cut off due to excessive breakage. After the first wash you could see the zig zag frazzled ends. Not good. Just stick with solid colors.”
