“Not at all the color shown. Picture shows blonde silver. What I received is a black silver. Had a big appointment set up with my stylist drove hours just to turn around and go home to order different hair color. Customer service was great at fixing the issue. But the hair itself was not at all the color shown. I’ve ordered this same hair and color in the past and it’s worked everytime. This time, they changed it, must not have updated the color picture on the site. Because it is not even close to the same as it used to be”

“As always “DB” hair is the best hands down.
It stays in my hair 4 mos. easy. Love the no silicone the quality and shed free. The glue never gets gummy! I’ve neen wearing glue in extensions on and off for years and years.
I’ve purchased through many wholesalers and countries. The price point was half but I never could get the quality. With that said I do have some suggestions to even better the product.
1. We could use some hair with “ body”. If it’s on line it’s not easy to find cause I looked and looked.
2. The web page could be a little easier to find product.
3. Colors easier to see and find
4. Could not find the same products on line that I saw at Hair Shows. ( I wanted to repurchase but could not find)
5. When enlargeing photos to check color the photo disappeares :(
6. The trim tools are the BEST but there needs to be a video to show them off !
So With all that said, I love my #2 great shade but ,
the Silver is very lavender and on line it looks Silver which is what I need.

“I have tried several brands of fusion extensions and these, by far, have been the best thus far. I have minimal shedding, and when they are applied correctly, zero slippage. The kera-link "beads" are tiny and barely detectable, which not only looks better, but feels so much nicer on the scalp.”
