“Got the cordless one first but it didn’t work. Got this one and it works amazing. Read a review that said to tap it open and close to reduce burning and keratin left on the tool; worked exactly as it should when doing this. Combined black wine, purple, and black keralink. Fine to medium hair took about 7 packs for the whole head. Limited shedding, great colors, stays soft when properly cared for. Bonnet or silk wrap every night. Sulfate free shampoo (Camille rose ginger wash) and deep conditioner (Hask Provençe rose). Detangling brush 2-4 times a day. Flat irons (Eva and Ny) and curls great (chi lava styling wand from ulta). Had them for about 3 weeks now with no issues. Ignore the mess please, detangled at home after lol.”
