“First of all, I ordered these and waited 10 weeks for them to arrive. I called every couple weeks asking where they were and they just told me to keep waiting. Finally, the last time I called they sent me a new order via FedEx. They were here 2 days later, but I had to pay the FedEx fee which was $70. They did not forewarn me on the phone that I would be responsible for paying the FedEx fee. Secondly, I ordered these extensions in jet black and they are a level 3, which is dark brown, not a level 1 which is black. So to summarize; I waited 10 weeks and had to pay $70 extra for hair that isn't even the colour I ordered. Very disappointed. I am happy with the quality of the hair, but not the colour of it or the service. They were always pleasant to me on the phone, but their customer service needs some serious work. Sorry I can't leave a better review.”
