“I have been a long time customer of Donna Bella. My recent order of tape in hair extensions were defective. My stylist put them in as usual and the very next day upon washing my hair, they all slid out. Not only did they slide out. No glue residue remained on my hair. It is clear that the glue was defective on these packs of hair. Since this happened I had to take them back to my stylist and have her add new tape and put them back in my hair. This was a huge inconvenience for me and it added expense for me. I would greatly appreciate Donna Bella providing me with a refund for the two defective packs I received. Thank you.”
“Very thin hair!
The tape and distribution was great, but the hair was so fine and thin it was quite disappointing. I had to use twice as many strips as with other brands.
Not sure I’d order again from this company”
