“Great hair; light weight so it doesn’t pull out my thin and fragile hair. The hair itself looks awesome, & it lasts a ridiculous amount of time. I’m going to replace mine at next my visit and it will be just over the 6 month mark with tape ins. So, it is very affordable high quality hair since I only have to buy new hair every 5-6 months. Admittedly by now the ends are looking a little rattier and overall it’s a bit more dull (still looks good with products), but this time around I was using an old straight iron that was a bit harder on the hair, and of course 6 months out there’s some wear and tear since I have to style my hair at least 4 days a week, often 5 or 6. I do use dry shampoo and wash only 2 times a week which I’m sure contributes to the longevity of the hair (I also use a silky pillow and an extension brush). Since Donna Bella hair is essentially tangle and shed free, my extensions are very easy to maintain. Usually extensions are quite a bit more work. Not these! They make my life easier, which is really saying something with extensions.
Summary for DB tape in’s: Quick install, easiest on my hair, as invisible and seamless as any hair extension I’ve used (and I’ve used extensions of all types & for many years now), and these extensions really hold up. The holding up part is of utmost importance because I really do have a shoe string budget to work with. My stylist reapplies with super tape and I only have a few pieces slip out in between maintenance visits, about every 6 weeks. I should add they come out easy with tape remover. I save money by (gently and carefully) taking them out the night before my reapplication appointment. If my stylist is not applying brand new hair I remove, wash, condition, dry and brush and bundle up my extensions before I go to the salon. I also clarify and blow my own hair out. All this saves time in the chair and saves quite a bit of money. I say all this because the quality and ease of Donna Bella hair extensions enables someone “as poor as me” to have extensions. It makes all the difference in my everyday life since I lost a lot of hair after child birth that did not come back + now thinning hair as I’ve gotten older. These extensions take years off my looks and make me feel a lot better about myself as a female. You don’t realize how important hair is to your psyche until you lose it. DB extensions are wonderful and life enhancing, and dare I say life changing. Highly recommend!”

“Used to Love Donna Bella extensions I’ve used them for years but the quality isn’t the same anymore I bought 10 packs of 22 inch ash blonde extensions 2 months ago and already had to buy new ones due to dry split hair. I decided I wanted to be more white blonde this time so I got the platinum blonde 22inch extensions and they looked like yellow Barbie hair I was so confused they were no where near a platinum color so I washed them with blue shampoo and they’re wearable now but definitely shouldn’t have to be making them platinum myself for how much I paid for the 10 packs.”
