“I never received my hair!! I ordered and did 2-3 day shipping and never received my hair!! The person I spoke to said there was nothing they could do to help me. It is now a problem with the shopping company. Not good costumer service at all!”
“Ive been ordering this same tape in hair color for almost 2yrs now. The quality has definitely changed. The tape bonds are harder and more stiff now. In the order i received last week there's creases and plastic like pieces sticking out of some of the bonds which poke my head. Not as satisfied as I had been in the past.”
“I purchased over $800 worth of 22inch extensions back in July, I have done regular deep conditioning treatments on them and have used an anti breakage serum on them since day one with absolutely NO chemicals other than a fine mist hairspray and they continue to break. The 22inch hair I purchased is now down to 18 inches and this hair is supposed to last up to a year. At this rate, this hair will be up to my ears. That’s a huge waste of my money, I could have gone with cheap hair if I knew that would happen but i decided to spend the money on what i thought was good quality hair so this WOULDNT happen.
