“Horrible, color did not match like the weft in same color , wash it in purple shampoo and it turn out bright purple. I’m a licensed in “hair extensions “ and “ tape-in “ after properly installed them… still came out with washing…. 3-4 days after applying.”

Sent back and ordered more swatches waited 2 weeks before getting swatches and it appeared I ordered the correct item # so reordered #12/600 again at which point I was 4 weeks overdue to install new tape-ins and my tape was exposed and an embarrassment. I was asked to give a review and I would get a great coupon off my next order. I gave an honest review. Weeks later, no word from pm DB. Guess honest reviews don’t deserve coupons”

“The actual hair quality is great. But the tape isn’t sticky at all after one day the extensions started lifting. I’ve had this problem before with db tape ins but thought I’d give them another try because I love the hair quality but I probably won’t use them again. I had to replace every tab of tape on brand new extensions after three days. For the price I expect more.”
