“Had a stylist “install” the hair, followed her instructions to a T. Less than a month later all but 3 of the pieces fell out. I was very delicate with the extensions, as I was using them to cover a horrible haircut I had received, so I wanted to ensure they stayed in place for however long it took my hair to grow out. After leaving my first review the company reached out and said someone would be getting back with me, nobody ever did. The hair is very pretty, but it was a huge nuisance and let down. Also annoyed that a business said they would get back with me regarding my dissatisfaction and then never did.”
