1. The hair I ordered was out of stock, which I found out the day after I'd ordered hair for a next day delivery. It feels like a company that sells nothing but hair should be on top of their inventory so this does not happen. It's a bit like Starbucks running out of coffee.
2. So, I substituted a 16 inch for the 18 inch hair I'd initially requested.
