“I still have not received them, and I was charged Route protection when I did not choose to pay for that. I will be reporting it to my credit card company Monday as that is fraudulent. The ironic part is that it's been close to two weeks and I haven't received them yet! I contacted Donna Bella numerous times, and have not gotten any response. Worst experience ever! The bad part for them is, my stylist and I ordered them together! So they lost a lot of business by not even getting back with us.”
