“The hair itself is great! However, you must have changed manufacturing because the taps on the last three orders has been rubbish. The tapes do not stick and peel apart before the first wash. I have been wearing tape hair for ten years and never had so many issues. Every order requires me to re-tape, it’s very disappointing!”
“First of all…. The first order I initially ordered from your Black Friday sale got randomly sent back so I had to reschedule my initial hair appointment. Then when I got my second order shipped to me, You sent me tape in hair extensions with bad tape. My hair stylist had to individually retape every brand new hair extension. I had 5 packs so it ended up costing me an arm and a leg more to get my hair done. I’m extremely frustrated right now….. and very disappointed.”
