“The hair extensions I ordered from Donna Bella hair are ABSOLUTELY terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone, they feel like horse hay and smell REALLY bad. I ordered five packs of 30” tape-in pro straight #1B (Jet black/Dark brown) extensions, the hair ordered is supposedly real human hair but they look very fake and feel like plastic. They are EXTREMELY thin and not worth it, if you are going to buy hair extensions from Donna Bella Hair, my suggestion based on my purchase would be to give it a strong second thought, I obviously was not thinking when I bought these. The only reason I got them was because I thought something so expensive HAS GOT TO BE GOOD QUALITY but I guess I was wrong. I am very disappointed with how bad these hair extensions turned out and I am looking forward to sending them back to the company, I feel like I have been disrespected and lied to. They literally feel so fake, it is abnormal and I will refuse to accept this. I did my observing and examination and I can officially confirm that these hair extensions are pure plastic, they melt when I try to straighten them. If Donna Bella Hair does not allow me to send these hair extensions back I will continue to demean and publish bad reviews on every website I find and they will be losing many customers.
@DonnaBellaHair I am kindly asking you to take your hair extensions back because they are not worth my time.
P.S False advertising is the use of false, misleading, or unproven information to advertise products to consumers or advertising that does not disclose its source. If i do not get proper support from customer service I will be taking further action. The comapny keeps sending me the same reply

We are so sorry you are not happy with your purchase. We want to clarify a few things, and see if you would like to discuss any options.
We did advise you on multiple occasions that lifting the color, especially with the 1B is not a good option. That is the darkest color we offer, and we cannot guarantee what chemicals will do to the hair.
If the tape is bothering you, it could be installed too closely to your scalp. Make sure when you wash them, you are washing in between the wefts to get a good clean. If not, it will have build up on your scalp.
If they are not blended into your natural hair, they will not look natural. This is the case with most extensions.
As for the hair being 100% Real Remy Human Hair, it is. We stand behind that statement 100%.

1: They are not installed “too closely to my scalp”, they have been installed by a professional and they were installed pretty good, that is not my concern.
2: I am most definitely washing them exactly how you stated, I wash my hair really good this has nothing to do with my concern once again.
3: My professional 5 star celebrity hair stylist installed them perfectly between my hair and blended them really well, (once again, they look very fake and feel terrible, also very thin,I am not satisfied) .”
