“I have bought this brand extensions for over 3 years and always been pleased. This last batch of tape ins did not stick. I do not know what was wrong with the adhesive but once the tape pulled off to place on hair it did not stick. This has never happened to me before and I was truly disappointed since I have spent so much money with this brand.”
“Have ordered many times in the past and been thrilled. This time - no. The new tape is different and does NOT hold. Am washing only every 7-10 days, no excessive heat, and MANY strips have peeled and separated as early as 1 week after install. Now at 6 weeks, and have had to retape and attempt to put them back in my hair myself. Very, very disappointed. Tape comes off the weft super easy - much easier than previous orders, which is great - however I'd trade that convenience to have it hold up in my hair for the 8-10 weeks it used to!! Quality of hair is good - but not worth the $$ if it's not going to hold up once installed.”
