“I purchased 3 packs and was so excited to finally rock this brand as i was swithcing from old har to new, when i received the packs they looked super small, like did i not get enough hair was my first thought and i quickly relized i was let down with the quality of this hair, i have only ever heard great things abour this hair and was highly recommended by my hair dresser and she was even embaressed to work with these, i took pictures as well ad you can see how less of product was sent to me and i will not return as a customer because of it! So sad that you all choose to loose the quality as its what people keep coming back but when all you wanna do is make money and not make the customer happy you wont be in businees being like this...”
