“My second time ordering Donna Bella hair, and I love it!! This particular shade is more of a golden tone; not ashy. I would just suggest using the color swatches before actually ordering the hair! They feel great, and lasted me almost a year with good care!!”
“I have already spoken to a manager about my purchase of 5 packs/#22/16" ash blonde tape-ins. This is the fifth time I have purchased this color but the first time in this length. They are pink! I sent a picture via facebook and also text messaged this to your manager. I spent a ton of money to have these put in....I DID receive 5 free packs mailed to me...which doesn't help because they are ALSO pink. Horrible. Not sure what to do as I am out the money to have these installed, and now I am stuck...unless I want to pay hundreds of dollars again to have a different color installed. And no....my salon did NOT use toner. They took my old ones out, washed and highlighted my OWN hair, dried it....and put in the new discolored extensions....that is it, nothing else. It was impossible to see the true pinkish color of these as we were in a dim salon with canned lighting....it was noticed the next day, in the sunlight. Uggh. I am stuck with these.”
