“I am SO DISAPPOINTED in my recent purchase. I've purchased tape-in extensions from donna bella hair several times and have had no problems....until this order. The color of the hair was awful and the amount of hair/extension was sparse. I wish I would've opened the pack up prior to going to the salon!!!!! I would've returned them.”
“I've been wearing Donna Bella extensions for well over a decade and always have been happy with their hair and customer service. Well, a few months ago some friends convinced me to try a less expensive brand, and since I was unemployed at the time, I did. That was the biggest mistake for my head! The cheaper brand hair shed and got ratty and snarly every moment of the day and night! They didn't stay in nearly as well and, as a result, I'd have to go back to my hair stylist to have them put back in every at least every two weeks, whereas I didn't have to go back for 7-8 weeks with Donna Bella. In the long run, they weren't less money at all! And, they pulled my hair out every time they fell out, and I now can see patches of my scalp where they pulled out. I have since gone back to Donna Bella and am hoping my scalp will recover from my poor decision. Ahhhh, the relief to now have Donna Bella extensions back in! I am a lifelong believer in the quality that Donna Bella delivers!”
