It's important that we understand comments like "hair feels fake" when this is the core of our business. Our hair undergoes a moisturizing process after coming from a human head so we'd love to understand what your expectations were and how they weren't met.
Regarding the shipping disappointment, I can see that a) we shipped your package out on time, the same day you ordered it, and b) despite the delays being on the carrier's end, we absorbed that and refunded you the cost. We understand it was ultimately a letdown, but I hope you can objectively recognize when things are within a company's control.
Still, we appreciate you taking the time to express your disappointment. We do hope that we can regain your trust at a calmer time in the future.
