Also costumer service is a joke with this company! Have emailed them multiple times about the quality and haven’t gotten a single email back.

“I’d rate this particular order MUCH higher, but after paying for 2 day shipping last Thursday, and the order shipping LAST Thursday, I’ve yet to receive my order. And it’s now Friday of the following week. Which also means I’ve missed my hair appointment and now have to wait two weeks for the next one. So, I’m not at all happy.
I’ve used this hair for 3 years and I’ve ordered multiple times and have never had an issue. After calling and speaking to someone, they want to credit my account for a future purchase. I’d rather have my money refunded to me.
Either way, hair is great and lasts 6-8 months although you can wear longer depending on maintenance. But, if you’re in a pinch, chose the $100 overnight shipping.”
