“The quality was not what I expected! It’s really a ripoff! Returning items is also hard. The return shipping label should be included with the package. That would make life easier. If somebody change their mind. Either way, for the price the quality is not worth it. Buy somewhere else.”

Matching is perfect, it matched my highlighted hair so well and looks very natural. BUT the quality of the hair is not so great. The hair seems thinner than the hair I used to use ( hot heads) which is great quality hair but I wanted a shorter length which not every company has. When I received the hair it was cut very blunt which makes styling /blending of the hair difficult because the hair looks so choppy. When receiving the hair it should have textured tips to blend well and not having to cut the hair. Also you only receive 5 pairs in a set which is a rip-off I had to buy 4 packs instead of the two I bought with hot heads. Also the taped pieces do not hold very well, I have only had the extensions in for a few weeks and they do not feel flush, it feels like they have began slightly lifts on the edges. (I am very gentle and have tried out many different brands/ types of extensions so I would save your money and choose a nicer quality brand) Will probably not use this company again.”
