“Hi there, I ordered new hair this month for my wedding. Your hair has always been the best for me and my friends. My last shipment I had problems getting it delivered. And this time it showed up no problems!! But once I finally Toned it with my professional toner all my new hair fell completely from its extensions!! I am so disheartened. I ordered the closet to my platinum as I could in a 26 in. But the hair is not only off on tone, but completely trashed! I get married in five days?! What am I supposed to do?”
“I’ve used this hair for 8 years and have loved it, but now the tapes no longer adhere. All the tapes must be replaced or the sandwiches of hair will not adhere and will come out in the first shampoo. I’m a certified stylist so I’m doing everything correctly.”
“I had a new set (20) put in on 11/30, 8 had fallen out by 12/3, and following my first wash all 20 had fallen out. My stylist is certified in Donna Bella and knows how to put them in properly. I've been using yours and several other brands for over 8 years and your quality keeps getting worse and worse. But never have I had all 20 fall out within 5 days. I know how to maintain and care for extensions very well. I'm extremely upset and frustrated. I would like a refund or a new set with hopefully better tape tabs.”
“I buy all the time from donna bella and have never had issues until this order. The tape didn't stick with brand new extensions. This is very upsetting considering how much it costs for the hair and the install of the hair.”
“The tape in extensions were installed in my wife’s hair on Saturday, September 24, 2022 by a professionally trained hair dresser. By Sunday morning, the adhesive on these new extensions was not holding up. We scheduled an appointment to have her hair dresser reinstall them with the additional tape purchased. We had to pay for 2 install appointments ($400. each) for this round of extensions.”
