“I ordered my extensions over two weeks ago, they are lost in the mail and customer service won’t look into it. All they do is tell me to keep waiting. I’ve received orders from every other business in a timely manner at this point but NOPE not Donna Bella. Will not be doing business here anymore considering customer service is awful and just brush my concerns under the rug. Spend your money elsewhere.”

“My past experience with Donna Bella hair, tape in, extensions, had been very satisfactory, as the hair quality was very soft, silky, and durable! But my most recent purchase is exceptionally disappointing, as the hair quality and texture, are extremely poor, not soft and silky, and tangles very easily!
The color is also very different from the shade on the color chart!
I have purchased from DB, for a substantial amount of time now, and this had never happened until now, with this last purchase! Very lamentable, and disappointing!”
