“I bought some cheaper tape-ins from Amazon as my first set ever. Fell in love and NEED tape-ins now so decided to upgrade to better quality. The quality of Donna Bella hair is Amazing. It 's softness matches my baby fine hair nicely. The Amazon hair was the same numbers, weight, pieces etc. The Amazon I had bought 2 packs, I ended up needing three more pieces so when I ordered the Donna Bella I ordered 3 packs. I was shocked how much thinner the hair felt out of the package but didn't thin too much of it. Installed and wow! Blow away! I need at least 2 more packs! 3 to be safe. I can not Believe that 3 packs wasn't enough for my hair! I'm going to buy the packs I need to finish my hair. After that I doubt I'll continue to be a customer. 3 packs cost $260 and didn't finish my hair. I feel like I can find equal quality at a better price point or thicker hair.”

When I first started getting extensions I used the Donna Bella but then changed to a different brand because they shrunk up terribly. It’s been a while since I used Donna Bella and I’m hoping that they maintain the length for a reasonable amount of time!!”

This is obvious to myself and my hair stylist to be fake at least some of it. You can smell that it’s not real. In 1 week after heavily conditioning it and not using heat it looks damaged already. Such a disappointment that customer service ignored me. I will never buy from Donna Bella again and will tell everyone that y’all are now not using 100 % real human hair.”
