“I have been a Donna Bella customer for many years. The tape in extensions were always beautifully tapered at the end. Now they are chopped straight across the bottom, unevenly, I might add. I have to take another inch off them so they fall naturally. I just ordered the 14in tape-ins in #60. It looked and felt like cheap doll hair. It was so unnaturally shiny and slippery, I couldn’t even curl it. I had them taken out 3 days later.”
