“This is third time I have ordered and out of the pack they fall out during wash. I wait 48 hrs before washing. When my stylist retapes them they are fine but out of pack they fall out.”
“I’ve been ordering from Donna Bella for over a year now. I’ve never had a problem with any of my tape in extensions. Got new packs and the next day they started falling out. Another client in my salon had the same issue. Had to remove the tape that comes on the extensions and apply all new tape. Wondering if there was a defect in a batch of your tape ins?”
“Ok so this isn't a hate review, I just want to let people know, like myself before you buy these. First, I was not aware that there would only be 10 pieces of hair. Which is 5 extensions once they are installed. No where in the description does it say how much hair is included. Also, I got the color 60 and it is so unbelievably yellow. I really wanted to go for as close to platinum as possible and I knew I might have to tone it. But this is way part the point of toning. Again, I'm not trying to bash the company or anything, I just really wish I would have known this before spending the money and expecting a full head of hair. But customer service was very nice when I called and I am returning these, maybe I'll get a set of clip ins or something, im not sure yet.”
