“I have been purchasing hair from Donna Bella for over a year. The quality is absolutely impeccable! That being said, I am absolutely disappointed and angered by the way my shipment arrived. It takes me months to save the money to buy my hair and tapes, plus the cost of having them installed and this is how I receive them, curled up in a tiny box. Normally they arrive in a long plastic bag or long box. Normally I would give you a five star rating but there is no excuse for this type of shipment.
