“The hair was thin and pathetic. I have been buying them for a year and have never had a problem. This time I had to put in some of my old ones to make it look thicker and I wouldn’t look bald. FYI don’t get the 16”. You have to cut off a lot of hair to make them look right. Soooo mad at situation!!”
