I've had to trim them a couple times to get them to look healthy. I'm hoping it's just this one time as I don't want to change to another company.”

In the future, please know that we will happily exchange your unused product if you determine it is not up to the standard that you expect. We do have measures in production and quality control that ensure we properly condition the hair. At the same time, as this is 100% human hair and not synthetic, there will always exist that small variation in the output of the hair, since each hair donor is uniquely different. I hope this is understandable!
