“I have been purchasing Donna Bella tape ins for a few years now, and this is the first time I really have a complaint. EVERY one of the extensions from this pack have fallen out in less than 2 weeks. The tape on them was pretty much useless. Thankfully I had other tape I was able to replace it with (Donna Bella Easy Release) that works but it is been time consuming fixing all of them due to a faulty product. I love the actual hair, if the tape doesn't work well then maybe ship the extensions without it? I'm not sure what happened here but I'm pretty unhappy about it.”
“Terrible quality, the hair on the tape in's is so thin, not full like before!!
The inhyseves, sticky part don't stick.

I will NEVER BUY from you all again and I was an 8 year repetitive customer and never again this is twice in months I've spent lots of money on your extentions and twice now....horrible! On top of that customer service when I complained the first time is horrible, never offered to refund or at least give a discount if I were to buy again, nope nothing!!”
