“My package arrived damaged and I could not use the product. Due to the timing I had to pay a cancellation fee because I did not have extensions to install. Now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back! Plus I’m out an additional $175!”
“Wish I could give this 5 stars as I'm a long time customer but something has changed with these extensions. These are NOT White ash blond. They are very yellow. They never used to be though so I don't know what happened but I'm very disappointed. I've already tried toning and using purple shampoo/conditioner but nothing helps. I'm looking at other brands now.”
“I’ve been wearing hair extensions for five years at least. I’ve had good brands, bad brands, and flat out Terrible brands. I have purchased Donna Bella hair several times. And while I’m a return customer, I I can say that for the blonde extensions, it’s truly a hit or miss. The weight island texture is inconsistent, the original tape will sometimes slip or not hold in the hair, or the hair will shed/frizz easy. However, of my ~10 times purchasing, these issues have maybe only happened three or four times. The other times, the hair has been great, thick, and long lasting. I guess you get what you pay for?”
“Very yellow for it to be considered “white ash blonde” - had tone the hair. The amount of hair per weft is minimal compared to other brands I’ve used in the past.”
